Week #10 Non-BCS College Football Rankings

The Associated Press Top 25 and the USA Today Coaches Poll rankings for Week #10 are now available.  The top four teams in both polls (#1 - Alabama, #2 - Oregon, #3 - Florida State, and #4 - Ohio State) are unchanged but last week's #5 (AP), Missouri, fell to #10 after their loss at home to South Carolina, which moved from #20 to #14 in the AP Poll.  This week, Baylor replaces Missouri as this week's #5 in both polls.  As for the rest of the top 10, Stanford advanced to #6 in the AP (#7 - USA Today), Miami (FL) remains at #7 (#6 - USA Today), Auburn advanced three places to #8 (#11 USA Today), and Clemson remains at #9 (#8 USA Today) after their win over Maryland.  Both Nebraska and Virginia Tech were dropped from the rankings after their losses to Minnesota and Duke, respectively.  Tomorrow the Howell Report will feature, like last week, the current BCS rankings and Jerry Palm's revised bowl projections.  Have a good evening, Everybody!
