2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament Bracket

March Madness is here!  I am interrupting the Howell Report's hiatus to post the blog's bracket for the 2016 NCAA Tournament.  The last time I posted a bracket to this website was back in 2014.  That year, the Howell Report's bracket made it all the way to the Round of Eight.  Will this year's bracket last as long?  I guess we will find out over the next couple of weeks.  Any polite, respectful, and relevant comments are welcome.   Enjoy the Madness Everyone!  The first games begin this evening on TruTV.
